Our initial consultations are complimentary, during which we assess your care needs and provide a personalized treatment plan. Unlike many corporate and/or community acupuncture clinics we don’t impose “punch-card-like” packages or memberships on our patients, instead, we listen to your healthcare goals and provide a detailed personalized plan that we believe will deliver results. Additionally, some insurance plans may cover acupuncture services, and we can help you explore these options.
Cancelation, Re-Scheduling & Late Arrival Policy
This policy helps protect the scheduling of care for other patients, as last-minute cancellations prevent other patients from booking the time slot.
We can try to reschedule your appointment at a different time slot on the same day if necessary. We want you to receive your treatment and dislike charging for unused sessions. If you’re uncertain about attending, it’s best to cancel 24 hours in advance and see if a last-minute appointment becomes available.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy; appointments changed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee.
More than 24 hours notice: No problem! Just call us to cancel.
Within 24 hours: We will do our best to reschedule but if we can’t there may be an appointment charge.
Unexcused no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours for any nonemergency situations will be charged as an appointment.
